Explore the Sub-Orbital Order Tool (SOOT) Power User Interface: a new tool released by NASA's Atmospheric Science Data Center (ASDC) designed to promote discovery and access of airborne and field campaign data for suborbital data research and analysis. SOOT’s first release includes access to data archived at the ASDC through a Power User Interface for experienced airborne data users and science teams. Following releases will cater to different levels of expertise. Because suborbital data is collected for multiple platforms, variables, and campaign deployments, the Power UI has robust campaign metadata representation to allow for enhanced data search capabilities. These search features address the complexities of suborbital data, while allowing subject matter experts to quickly navigate to a particular instrument Principle Investigator and find correlating data files needed for their analysis.
